Ribbon Cutting Held for Arwood Family Treehouse at Wesselman Woods

A ribbon cutting was held this week to unveil the Arwood Family Treehouse at Wesselman Woods.

Hafer has helped support the organization’s mission to connect people and nature for several years now, and we’re thrilled to see this vision come to life. The new treehouse is part of the Welborn Baptist Foundation Nature Playscape and is nature’s playground, allowing children to experience the natural world in a safe and captivating environment. Made with mixed wood and natural materials, the treehouse includes rope bridges, ladders, climbing ramps, tunnels, overlooks and plenty of secret hideaways. With ADA accessibility, children of all abilities can experience nature at the Arwood Family Treehouse.

Inspiring a membership increase before the project was finished, Hafer is delighted to see how the Arwood Family Treehouse has encouraged growth in the Wesselman Woods community. We hope this project encourages the next generation of adventurers and instills in them the value, beauty and importance of our natural world!
