Redbanks

Through demographic research, Redbanks determined that the community could support and benefit from expanded senior living options. Redbanks then commissioned Hafer to masterplan a senior living community campus. The campus will be a destination place for all aspects of senior living. Residents will be able to receive the type of care they need at varying stages of life. The campus includes independent living in patio homes, assisted living and nursing care options including a memory care unit. There are site amenities such as parks and walking trails to provide a serene and natural environment for the residents. Also included in the master plan are lots for future complimentary healthcare practices.

The 44 bed memory care unit is the first project to be completed and is currently under design. The design uses the greenhouse concept but integrated into a single facility. This popular concept creates a more home-like environment for the residents.
