Popeyes Renovation at Fort Campbell
This new Popeyes brings New Orleans’ rich Cajun and creole flavor to Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The restaurant is part of the Exchange and is located within a troop mall on base, which also houses a convenience store, gas station, barber shop and pizza place.
The project included renovation of a previous restaurant space at the location. Popeyes-branded kitchen prep areas, a serving area, a back of house, scullery, a walk-in cooler/freezer and new HVAC equipment were added. The dining area and main lobby were also refinished to reflect the brand’s Louisiana heritage. A drive-through offers the option of convenience.
Service members and their families can now enjoy tasty New Orleans-style fried chicken without leaving the fort.
