Evansville Country Club
Dining Addition & Renovations
The history of the Evansville Country Club began over a century ago when several prominent families created the club originally for fishing and dining only. Today, the club boasts some of the finest golf, dining, swimming and social activities available in the Tri-State area. With membership growing and evolving, the dining needed changed, and so renovations were made to the main dining room, The Grill, as well as the kitchen and bar.
The Grill was completely gutted and expanded to make space for formal and private dining, a designated family dining room and an upscale bar. With varying member populations, it was important to provide each of them space to enjoy the club. The new addition of family dining now provides a separate space for families to dine away from the 21 and over crowd. The bar has been enlarged and enhanced with modern features. All of the dining areas received new flooring, furniture and finishes.
As part of the renovation, the HVAC system was reworked to accommodate the modifications of the addition and renovation. A new sound system was installed as well as a new fire sprinkler system and LED lighting throughout. In addition, the kitchen received a makeover to allow for better flow for the culinary team.
Members and guests have appreciated and enjoyed the improvements to dining at the Club. The new spaces allow for a more individualized experience whether it’s a family dinner, formal dining event or just drinks after golf.
