Staff Electrical Engineer

Chad knows the value of hard work having worked in multiple trades before beginning his career as an Electrical Engineer. His background in carpentry and construction makes him a better designer because he understands the whole picture. With this knowledge and his team oriented attitude, Chad is an integral part of the Hafer team.

He enjoys taking part in the creative process of building design, knowing that clients receive a better end product when all disciplines work together from beginning to end ensuring seamless design. His expertise includes design for power distribution, lighting, instrumentation and controls, communication, and security systems for a wide variety of projects.

In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and 3 children. Their favorite activities include playing at the park and going to the movies.
