Ron has focused his career on integrating good business principles with engineering design. His belief that all engineering systems should be maintainable, efficient and reliable ensures his clients receive a successful end result. As part of his commitment to client service, he not only examines first cost of projects but the life cycle costs in order to choose the correct system. His unofficial motto is “Engineering for Your Life” which can be witnessed through his dedication to leaving a positive impact on the people who inhabit the space through his work.

As an athlete himself and former coach of his children’s sports teams, Ron has a natural talent to mentor and encourage others. Within the firm, he can be seen working with employees to inspire inquisitiveness and creativity which truly contributes to an enjoyable and collaborative office culture.

While he does work long hours to keep the firm running smoothly, Ron enjoys getting away from it all every now and again to go boating and fishing. He is also a family man; he married his high school sweetheart, Lucy, and has 3 children.
