Jess’ technical ingenuity has become a resource to the engineering team at Hafer. He brings inventive solutions to complex challenges within a variety of project types including civic, corporate, education and healthcare. His daily responsibilities range from HVAC design layout to cost estimating to plumbing design.

With every project, Jess enjoys the fact that his work has the opportunity to positively impact countless people’s lives. In addition to his professional skills, Jess is a reliable and friendly guy which contributes to his admirable relationship with clients and co-workers.

Aside from work, Jess is busy being super Dad to three children and a loving, dedicated husband. As a Kentucky resident, he is an avid UK basketball fan and is looking forward to the upcoming basketball season. He also enjoys working on DIY projects at home when he has free time.
